An easy breakfast full of greens & protein that yo An easy breakfast full of greens & protein that you can make ahead! I didn’t measure anything but here is the rough recipe: • 6 eggs 
• Egg whites 
• 1/2 container of cottage cheese 
• Small container of mix spinach & baby kale 
• Salt, pepper, garlic & onion power 
• Spray muffin tin with coconut oil & pour in the mixture
Put muffin tin in a water bath & bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until eggs are set. (May take less time if you use a normal size muffin tin- mine is large)
Store in the fridge and warm up in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Easy, protein packed breakfast
